Apricot-Green Tea Cake

Two small glass pans
1 cup flour mixed with
1 1/2 baking powder
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil or room temperatured butter
1/4 cup brewed green tea
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons dry green tea
4 big ripe apricots, cut in one-inch chunks

Mix sugar and butter until the mixture gets fluffy. Add the eggs and mix. Add the other ingredients except apricots and mix again. Add the apricot chunks, mix again.

Pour the cake batter in the cake pan. Bake for 7 minutes in the microwave. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out on a rack to let it cool completely.
