Tea Butter
Sauce
1-cup
chicken stock
1 cup orange juice
2 Tbs. tea or 2 tea bags
1 Tbsp. honey
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Pour chicken stock into a saucepan, and then add orange juice and tea.
Bring to a boil, and then allow tea to steep. Strain or remove bags, then
continue boiling until the liquid is reduced to one-half cup. Reduce heat
to low, and then add honey and butter, stirring constantly. Flavor with
salt and pepper, and then pour over your favorite meat.
