Green
Tea and Orange Smoked Salmon
Oily
fish such as salmon contain omega-3 fatty acids, which can protect against
heart disease, help maintain vision by protecting the retina and help
brain cells transmit electrical signals. Because our bodies dont
produce omega-3 fatty acids, we must obtain them from foods or supplements.
Other foods, containing omega-3 fatty acids are leafy vegetables, canola
oil and nuts. Give you body a nice boost with this dish. Smoking
the salmon over green tea, raw rice and orange peel gives this disk
a wonderful flavor. It is also a low-fat way to cook salmon. 2
pounds skinless salmon fillets
