Tea and Sea Marinade

This marinade imparts a wonderful flavor to salmon, tuna, or swordfish.

1 cup brewed Bromley Tea
3 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup soy sauce
1-2 lbs salmon steaks or filets

In a blender, combine ingredients. Process until well blended. Place salmon in a shallow non-metallic baking dish; pour marinade over salmon turning to coat. Refrigerate 2-3 hours, turning occasionally. Remove salmon from marinade. Grill, broil or bake salmon until cooked through.

Food Safety Tip: As a guideline, cook fish to an internal temperature of at least, 70°C (160°F).
