Just outside the village of Bibury, nestled in the eastern hills of the Cotswolds, was my grandfather's cottage. As I recall, he kept there numberous crates of exotic tea leaves from the world's finest tea gardens. Pure Ceylon imported directly from Sri Lanka, high grown Assam from India and Kenyan teas from west of the Rift Valley. Every morning, my grandfather would mix the perfect combination of teas. As he did, he would recount fantastic stories of how he came to acquire each variety.
